To ensure the highest precision and quality in your bespoke carpet production, please submit your design files according to the following technical specifications:

Accepted File Formats:

• Vector Formats (Highly Recommended): Adobe Illustrator (AI), CorelDraw (CDR), or EPS.

• Raster/Image Formats: Adobe Photoshop (PSD), TIFF, or PDF with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI at actual size.

Technical Requirements:

• Color Profiles: Please use CMYK color profiles or provide specific Pantone/TPX numbers for yarn color accuracy.

• Text & Fonts: Ensure all text elements are converted to curves (Create Outlines) to prevent font substitution errors during opening.

• Large Files: For multiple files or heavy data, please upload them as a compressed folder (ZIP/RAR).
